A space to share, contribute and connect.
Friends of MND is a volunteer-led group made up of people impacted by MND who meet regularly to feel connected and assist the Association in various ways.
They are passionate about the care services the organisation provides and have lived experience as carers, friends or family members so have an understanding of the challenges people in our community may face.
Friends of MND is facilitated by Maureen (MNDAWA Board Member and volunteer), Jan and Gaewyn. Maureen has experience as a carer for her husband who lives with MND.
