The Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA invites you to become a member of the Association.
By joining our association it demonstrates your support for our mission of being the pre-eminant specialist organisation in Western Australia for people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and their families.
Your membership also supports our core values of Care, Inclusivity, Service, Collaboration and Quality.
Your membership is greatly valued by the association and as a member you will be invited to attend special MND events and be able to vote at our Annual General Meeting and you will also receive a copy of our newsletter, MND Matters.
There are different membership categories which are listed below:
- Support Member
$20 AUD - Client Member
FREE - Carer Member
$10 AUD - Associate Member
Students or non Western Australian Residents
$10 AUD - Corporate Member
A Corporate entity or government agency
$100 AUD

Please complete our membership form to start a new membership or renew your existing membership. Memberships are due for renewal each year on 1 June.
