The Motor Neurone Disease Association of WA invites you to become a member of the Association. 

Joining our association demonstrates your support for our mission to deliver person-centred support and specialist care to people affected by MND in Western Australia. 

Your membership also supports our core values of Care, Inclusivity, Service, Collaboration and Quality.

Your membership is greatly valued by the association, and as a member, you will be invited to attend special MND events and be able to vote at our Annual General Meeting, and you will also receive a copy of our newsletter, MND Matters.


There are different membership categories which are listed below:

    $20 AUD
  • Client Member
    FREE
  • Carer Member
    $10 AUD
  • Associate Member
    Students or non Western Australian Residents
    $10 AUD
  • Corporate Member
    A Corporate entity or government agency
    $100 AUD

Membership Form

Please complete our membership form to start a new membership or renew your existing membership. Memberships are due for renewal each year on 1 June.
