However, we are still here, providing support, right now when people need us the most.
When they can no longer walk, talk and breathe unaided, we provide the equipment they need and help to coordinate services. We provide the invaluable emotional support necessary when someone is diagnosed with a fatal disease, and we walk alongside people living with this insidious disease, their family and carers, every step of the way.
We will continue to provide this care until the day we are no longer needed!
