Membership
You are invited to join or renew your MNDA membership for 2009-2010.
Your support and commitment through your membership is important to us as we strive to raise awareness of this disease in the wider community and to raise funds for our care services and contribute to research.
In 2007, the Association adopted a new and revised constitution that included new categories of membership, which are now are: Patient and Carer members, Ordinary members (supporters), Associate members – those persons who support the objects of the Association who are non resident in Western Australia or who are full time students, and Corporate members - a corporate entity which supports the objects of the Association.

ORDINARY MEMBER – Supporter -$20 AUD
PATIENT MEMBER or CARER MEMBER – per member - $10 AUD
ASSOCIATE MEMBER –students, or non-Western Australian residents - $10 AUD
CORPORATE MEMBER – A corporate entity or government agency - $100 AUD

The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June.

Your membership entitles all members to receive a copy of the monthly newsletter and information about events that the Association organises. Patient and carer members have access to the Care Advisory service and equipment loans, as well as other support for travel, respite, internet connections, and assistance with large equipment grant applications for airconditioning.
